## Summary

As a teacher in Monitoring, you can view a summary of the students that have seen the resources, the time they have spent in each, the ratings students have given to resources and vie their comments.

The **summary** tab includes the following things:

1. The share resource title as well as instructions set by the teacher.
2. The list of resources added by the teacher along with their type.
3. Ratings added by the students against each resource.
4. Option to view comments added by students.
5. Advanced setting tab set by the teacher.
6. A teacher has the option to take action by hiding or display a resource.
7. On clicking the resource name, the teacher can view the resource details.

### **View comments**

![Share resource viewing the student's comments](/files/D9GFDLbrIrTues287hLq)

You can view the comments of students by clicking view comments and -when required, interact with the students by replying to their comments.

As a teacher, you can edit and like students' comments.

On each comment, there's an option to make the comment "sticky". This means that if you set the comment as sticky, then it will be show at the top. This can be useful if you want to add a comment for all students to see.

### Advanced settings

The advanced settings section shows the options that are enabled or disabled by the teacher while creating resources.

## Edit Activity

The edit activity tab displays the following:

**Title:** Title of the shared resource set by teacher

**Instructions:** Instructions of the shared resource set by the teacher

If you need to edit these, modify the settings or add/remove resources you can press the "Edit" button and you will be presented with the author page.

{% hint style="info" %} **Be aware!**\
\
If you are editing an activity that is already been used by students, then students might be slightly confused as they might be viewing older information. So when editing content that is live, make sure that your students know about this.
