On the Basic tab, you are able to set:

1. **Title**\
   Make sure the title is **self-descriptive**, which clears the purpose of the survey and what is expected of students.<br>
2. **Instructions** \
   Add general instructions that students might need to fill the survey. Also, it might be important for the students to know why and how you will use the data that you collect. Any research or ethical permission required can be added here as well.

You can configure the zoom settings directly from LAMS. Here are the options:

**Only teacher can start the meeting**: when this option is enabled, then the the teachers is the only one that can start the Zoom meeting (from Monitor). If students get to the Zoom activity, they will see a message stating that the teacher is yet to start the Zoom meeting.&#x20;

**Limit duration of the meeting**: If you want to limit the duration of the meeting, you can specify the number of minutes that it shall last -after it has been started. Note that you can overwrite this setting in Zoom later though.&#x20;

### Learning Outcomes

{% hint style="success" %}

As with all activities in LAMS, you can map your learning outcomes to this activity. If you want to add a learning outcome, just search for the particular outcome or type a new one it will be added to your list of learning outcomes for the future.

You can search Learning Outcomes by code or name.
