Task Lists

The Task lists allows teachers to create a set of tasks for the students to perform individually.

These tasks can be the steps of a science experiment or an orderly sequence of chores to complete as part of an exercise.

Why do I want to use Task lists?

  1. To guide students through a methodology.

  2. Give students a protocol to follow to complete a science experiment.

  3. If enabled, students can also add their own tasks to document their own experiments.

Educational Insight

Task lists are very useful when you need to guide your students through complex chores. Ideally these chores will allow students to learn how to apply a methodological approach to complete a task.

The set of tasks give the students a methodology to follow to perform an experiement -for instance.

What can I use Task lists for?

  • Any type of experiment or lab work.

  • Give students a set of steps for them to follow methodologically.

  • Students to document a process of actions.

How does it work?

You (teacher) provide students with a set of tasks for the students to perform.

As students complete these tasks, you can follow them at each step adding or commenting on their progress.
