  2. Because Zoom is integrated with LAMS, all the security and authentication is assured. So no random can crash your Zoom meetings

  3. The name and groups of your students will be displayed in Zoom making and managing you Zoom meeting very effective.

Educational Insight

As a teacher, you are able to create, manage and deliver virtual and hybrid lessons. Zoom is a great communication technology to engage students and boost attendance and retention.

What can I use Zoom for?

As a teacher, you can use a Zoom for various pedagogical purposes, but more important it is an excellent tool to delivery online synchronous lessons.

Pedagogies that use Zoom: , Problem-Based Learning, Case-Base Learning, Jigsaw, Just-in-Time Teaching, etc.

How does it work?

You (teacher) can create Zoom sessions for your students to launch directly the LAMS lesson. Students will be logged into Zoom using your institution credentials, ensuring that only authorised students and staff are able to join.

Once you create the Zoom meeting, you are able to start it at any time you want in Monitor. Then students will be able to join the meeting and proceed with their lesson simultaneously.
