# Launch TBL Wizard

1. Once you have opened the Learning Design Wizards, there are a variety of teaching strategies to choose from but for this tutorial, let's choose **Team Based Learning**.

2\. Intro to **TBL Process in LAMS**

The first step on the wizard shows you a very brief introduction on TBL and its educational workflow (Pre-readings, Team selection, iRAT, tRAT, Application Exercises and Peer Review). This initial step hopefully help you to better understand the TBL process and how it works.
