On the Basic or Content tab, you are able to set:
Title Make sure you use a meaningful title that summarises what the students are meant to do.
Instructions Add general instructions about the images to share and analyse.
You can upload one or multiple images at once.
Allow learners to share their own images: When enabled, students will be able to upload their own images.
Notify instructors when a learner submits an image: When the previous option is enable, you can get notifications when students upload images.
As mentioned before, students can analyse the images and provide feedback in two ways:
Allow learners to select favourite images: Students can select which are their favourite images.
Allow learners to give a rank to images: Or students can rank all images. If you choose this option, then you can define the criteria that the students can use to rate/rank each image.
Mapping learning outcomes to activities is very useful for curriculum mapping.
As with all activities in LAMS, you can map your learning outcomes to this activity. If you want to add a learning outcome, just search for the particular outcome or type a new one it will be added to your list of learning outcomes for the future.
You can search Learning Outcomes by code or name.
As in all LAMS activities, you are able to get your students to reflect on the activity as soon as they finish. This is an important part of learning and research shows that it is when we reflect upon what we just learn that long lasting learning forms.
